1978 Yamaha XS500
The XS500 4 stroke twin is a rare Yamaha model and few have survived. It featured
an 8 valve head with a counterbalanced engine. In June 1977 "Which Bike" magazine
described it as "an awful lot of technology for the money and a real riders machine
to boot!"
Condition. Our bike is an original UK registered machine. Overall it is in respectable
and original order, with very good factory exhausts and seat.
The bike will be road tested and checked over by us before sale.
It will also be given an additional pre-delivery inspection and road test.
Delivery is available in our van at 45p/mile, charged on total mileage.
