Overview on PGP　
PGP纵览

Pretty Good(tm) Privacy (PGP), from Phil's Pretty Good Software, is a
high security cryptographic software application for MSDOS, Unix,
VAX/VMS, and other computers.　PGP allows people to exchange files or
messages with privacy, authentication, and convenience.　Privacy
means that only those intended to receive a message can read it.
Authentication means that messages that appear to be from a
particular person can only have originated from that person.
Convenience means that privacy and authentication are provided
without the hassles of managing keys associated with conventional
cryptographic software.　No secure channels are needed to exchange
keys between users, which makes PGP much easier to use.　This is
because PGP is based on a powerful new technology called "public key"
cryptography.　

PGP combines the convenience of the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA)
public key cryptosystem with the speed of conventional cryptography,
message digests for digital signatures, data compression before
encryption, good ergonomic design, and sophisticated key management.
And PGP performs the public-key functions faster than most other
software implementations.　PGP is public key cryptography for the
masses.

PGP does not provide any built-in modem communications capability.
You must use a separate software product for that.

How to learn English?

# I think that there are two points. First, you should do more reading. It's the most important,I think,for
it can make up your language sense. Meanwhile we should try our best to use it. The second is that learning
English can't be interrupted.　We can't give up using it even a day. A lot of persons still speak Chinese and
we can't talk to them in English.

# Well, how to learn English? Perhaps this　is one of the most frequently asked questions. Here is my experiences.
I want to share them with you. And I hope you can join in and discuss this issue with me.In my opinion, first, you
should make English learning an interesting thing for you to do. As a famous saying says "Interests is the best teacher."
If you have the best teacher standing by your side, then there's nothing can let you down.
Secondly, you should practice and practice. If you can not pronounce or remember a word well, just practice it again and
again. You should not be shy of speaking English to others who can understand English. Remember, English is a communication
tool, not something else, it should be a live thing, not just what has been written in your books.
Thirdly, when you speak English or write an article in English, please try to THINK in English and forget your mother tongue.
This is very important if you want the English speakers understand you. For the beginners, they should make the words,phrases,
sentences,etc.DIRECTLY associate to the objects, acts, concepts, etc. the language describes, rather than understand the
words, sentences, etc. only after they are translated into their mother tongue.
Fourthly, you should learn some grammar, for this kind of knowledge will help you speak or write a sentence that is "correct",
which means so people could understand what you have said or written. But grammar is not just the cellection of some rules.
Again, the grammar is live, they are lying in every sentence. So you can know what is right and what is wrong by listening or
reading "correct" English materials.
Fifthly, create an English speaking environment for yourself. This can be easily achieved. For example, turn on the radio, let
it broadcast POP music(in English) for you while you are doing something else. Watching an English speaking film on your VCD
player is another good idea.
Oh, I must stop here, someone may feel tired, and in fact I AM tired.
