Useful Expressions

light与lamp都指灯，但在用法上有区别。
light 泛指一般的灯，多数是在墙壁上或者是悬挂的。
lamp 可以指台灯，也可以与一些词搭配，指一些特定的灯，比如：
amber lamp (表示交通危险而悬挂的)黄色信灯；
amplifying lamp 【电学】放大管
arc lamp 弧光灯
blackout lamp 防空灯
crater lamp 凹孔放电管；点源录影灯
daylight lamp 日光灯
dim lamp 磨砂灯泡
discharge lamp 放电灯
